The basic goal of this paper is the design of a contents distribution framework that can trace the distributors of illegal contents using fingerprinting technology in video streaming service. However, currently many hurdles remain before the technology of the fingerprinting can be deployed on a commercial scale. This means that the current technology of fingerprinting can't meet all of qualifications. So, this paper describes what kind of important things must be considered for tracing illegal distributor and commercializing. And the system and protocol including the fingerprint code was designed that the requirements were satisfied with.
