multidimensional multirate systems, wavelets, filter banks
Three main approaches to the design of multidimensional multirate systems are considered. The first one is based on Bernstein polynomials, the second one deals with polyphase matrix completion, the third one relies on struc tural and polynomial approaches. All three methods allow to meet the necessary requirements for the multirate sys tems. All approaches were implemented and correspond ing wavelet functions were built.
