Abstract

Basing on the Non-Shannon approach, the concept of video information as a measure of physical and structural characteristics of material objects forming video informa tional fields is introduced. These video informational fields provide video information transfer in space-time as well as interaction of video sensor with the real world. The so called `visual' image of surrounding world devel oped via the mentioned measurementinteraction in a video sensor space is a composition of measured struc tures, manifestating the highly developed video sensor structure scale (thesaurus).
