Abstract

This paper describes effective application of the hybrid genetic algorithm in CAD. The designed set of algorithms and programs is intended for automated design of optimal trajectories of closed paths in a bivariate area given by a technological map of cutting. The results obtained give a reason to believe that application of artificial intelligence technologies and parallel computing in CAD will allow to effectively solve the complicated problems of discrete continuous structure.
