In this paper we present an implementation strategy of hierarchical mobility management scheme based on TLMM/MPLS integration that can handle micro, macro and global mobility efficiently. This paper aims to design a global seamless roaming facility with enhanced mobility management scheme. Handoff procedure at micro, macro and global level are discussed. Performance analysis of MPLS based scheme is done for signaling overhead when the mobile roams across the network. This scheme reduces signaling overhead thus saving scare radio resource bandwidth.
