Abstract

To decrease the coding processing time of mobile systems, we propose a novel coding method, called NCS (Novel Coding System) code. It is designed by using such two different non-binary operation algorithms as modulo operation and GF (Galois Field) operation. To verify and compare the performance of our proposed coding technique, the computer simulations have been performed under the various channel environments.
