Abstract

After reviewing how teachers of English as a foreign language have dealt with the advanced media including the Language Laboratory facility, this paper introduces the idea of using Hyperwave to establish a better Web based learning space for English as a foreign language. While stressing the language teaching-specific needs, the author illustrates some of the innovative features of Hyperwave which cannot be seen in other popular educational content management systems.
