Abstract

This paper deals with an orthopedic stabiliser to be used for treating periareticular fractures of the knee. Based on experimental and simulation results, the authors proposed a four-bar linkage mechanism. for stabiliser design. Example simulation results, sensitivity analysis and design solution are presented.
