Abstract

In the paper the problem of electrothermal modelling of PWM controllers for SPICE is considered. A new form of the authors' electrothermal model of UC3842 controller dedicated for SPICE is presented. To illustrate the correctness and usefulness of the model, some results of measurements and calculations of UC3842 controller, operating in a catalogue test circuit, are given, too.
