Abstract

Geometric attacks can destroy most watermarking systems at present. So how to efficiently resist such kind of attacks remains a challenging direction in watermarking research. In this paper, a novel color image watermarking scheme, which exploits geometric invariant moments of color image to combat RST (Rotation, Scaling, and Translation) attacks, is presented. The scheme also uses some other measures, such as whitening filter, finely tuning the rotation angle, etc.to improve detection performance. The experimental results show that the scheme can achieve good robustness against not only geometrical attacks but also other typical signal processing attacks.
