Abstract

This contribution deals with the application of parallel processing techniques based on Multithreading to computation, in the frequency domain of the Driving Point Impedances (DPIs) calculation in electric networks containing linear elements. In this investigation, sparse matrix techniques also are applied to increase the computational efficiency of the overall DPIs computation.
