In this paper, we derive a Doppler power spectrum ex pression for narrowband mobile communication channels. A well-known U-shaped Doppler spectrum, which is only valid for the isotropic scattering environment, is gener alized to include arbitrary non-isotropic scattering fields. This expression is important as non-isotropic scattering fields have been reported in many practical scenarios.
