A Framework for Modeling Automated Negotiation

: Most of the current business-to-business or business to-consumer electronic commerce systems provide only limited support for automated negotiations. Automated negotiations continue to evolve with new strategies and approaches. It is necessary to study negotiation process and model it at conceptual level, so that negotiation support systems, which can carry out negotiations automatically can be developed. In the present paper, the negotiation process is studied by identifying different entities and relationships. Then uniform framework for conceptually modeling different types of negotiation processes is proposed, which is represented in using different UML diagrams for implementation..
