Abstract

This work looks at the development of a permissive/restrictive security system for a reusable software architecture (RSA) that will guide software engineers in assembling different systems under the Component-Based Software Development (CBSD) paradigm. This paper presents a formal specification of a security system as applied to an accounting information system. The system may be applied to other domains using similar repository architectural style.
