A web-based database system was designed and developed for users, who are interested in exploring oil at Delaware Basin, Southeast of New Mexico, to access the geophysical data using web browser through internet, and for (FEE Tool)to access the related data, hence to speed up the data access and prospect evaluation. It consists of three parts, web based interface, database, and server-side application programming interface for FEE Tool. It is built on Three Tier Model and is implemented in Java Applets, Java Servlets and Java Server Pages supported by Tomcat. Applets-servlet communication and application protocol are discussed also.
