Abstract

This paper describes the overall methodology and some early results of a research project aimed at assessing the consequences of climate change on the world economy. Three impacts are initially considered: sea level rise, human health and tourism. A Computable General Equilibrium model is used to get estimates of the structural adjustment effects triggered by the climate change.
