The MATLAB Web Server enables you to create MATLAB applications that use the capabilities of the World Wide Web to send data to MATLAB for computation and to display the results in a Web browser. MATLAB Web Server applications are a combination of m-files, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and graphics. MATLAB Web Server supports only m-files stored locally in the directories of the server. This paper describes possibilities of developed extension which allow running any m-files uploaded through the web interface. Extension of Matlab Web Server uses PHP for converting uploaded files and MySQL database for eventual storing.
