Abstract

This paper is concerned with power allocation in wireless mobile communication systems. A classical result of power feasibility based upon Perron-Frobenius theory can be re placed by the checking of some determinant signs. The im plied complexity reduction can be used to define optimiza tion problems related to some aspects of spectrum resource management. An example is presented that illustrates the viability of this approach.
