Grid, user interface, Migrating Desktop
In this paper we describe Migrating Desktop which is a graphical user interface that can be used to work with many different grid infrastructures. Nowadays an easy access to grid resources is crucial to users' satisfaction. User inter face tailored to one specific grid infrastructure is very often not enough, therefore we have to look ahead to give users a possibility to use resources from more than one grid infras tructure at the same time. We introduce a framework for the integration of different grid systems into comfortable working environment with a support for mobile users. This work is done under the EU CrossGrid project IST-2001 32243.
