The construction of informational model of network project "Network of Experience Dissemination" is described in this paper. Informational space of European Russian Network of Experience Dissemination is proposed to be considered as a set of all information resources entering the network of high schools, regional centers and European organizations of academic mobility. Object-oriented approach for the model representation as a multivariate structure of data each layer of which reflects one or another space component has been used.
