The purpose of this study was to develop a Computer Literacy course to teach a large class with different levels of literacy. In order to solve some of the problems encountered previously, a blended learning approach was followed, offering combined face-to-face classes and self directed, tutored, hands-on online sessions using an anchored instructional model.
