Abstract

Thanks to the financial supports of "Ministry of Education" and "National Science Council", we have created a system of "A Preliminary Study of Virtual Reality and Distance Learning about a lifetime of mosquito". This system's primary service is to both the teachers and students of National Tainan Teachers College (NTTC) and Tainan first high school. This study has tried to integrate the different domains of earth science, scientific education and information professor. We have succeeded to make an integrated study in our Virtual Laboratory of National Tainan Teachers College. This case study worked very well by means of virtual lab, experiment design, pretest and posttest. This system has been proved that integration both virtual reality and distance learning in education may assist students to learn a life of mosquito with greater devotion and efficiency.
