To use neural network in fuzzy system is the hot point of neural network research. The key work is to construct fuzzy controller using neural network. The new method based on perception neurons and aggregation logic neurons is presented in this paper. The fuzzification network, neuro-fuzzy control rules network and defuzzification network are discussed. The analysis result shows the neuro-fuzzy controller proposed in this paper is effective and simple for using.
