Abstract

This paper shows an attempt to model the behavior of Real Time Operating Systems. The model uses the dis crete event paradigm and includes kernel functions as well as application tasks. Limited resources such as proc essing time and memory space are represented. Simula tion delivers recorded data about task activity, kernel in vocation and resource occupation. An example model and simulation results are demonstrated.
