Abstract

SFC++ is a visual tool for the development of real-time control software that combines an object-oriented approach to structure complex control systems and Grafcet, a visual formalism for specification of sequential logic controllers. In this paper SFC++ functionalities are introduced and an example of its application to model the hybrid control of a simple batch system is given.
