Digital Contents Delivery System using Broadcast Encryption

This paper presents a digital contents delivery system with the following propeties. 1) Efficicient eccryption; a digi tal contents provider efficiently publishes digital contents encrypted by a single public key. 2) Traitor Tracing. If a ligitimate user leaks his individual key to others, the system can identify from the key the user, called traitor. The sys tem is implemented in Java and web based platform. The experimental results show the system performance in terms of encryption/decryption, and key generation and registra tion, which provides useful information to estimate scala bility and feasibility of broadcast encryption technique.
