Distributed transaction, synchronous multi-threading, asynchronous operation dispatching
As a key component of J2EE application servers, distributed transaction manager following JTS and JTA specifications plays an important role in distributed transaction environment, and its performance becomes one of the most important factors that limit the transaction throughput in J2EE application servers. This paper discusses the strategies to optimize distributed transaction manager in J2EE application servers to gain a better performance. The later performance test confirms our efforts eventually.
