Software Process, Software Engineering, Small Companies
A remarkable amount of software is written by small com panies. Those companies act as vendors of software com ponents, tailored systems, or as subcontractors to larger companies. Software engineering methods and process models suitable for small companies are, however, very rare. In this paper a process model for small companies is presented. The model is based on real processes mod eled from small software companies. The model is simple and can be easily implemented in a small company.
