Abstract

Key agreement is an important issue in network security and information security. It provides two parties to generate common section key. For the security reason, we need to use some authentication mechanism in the protocol. Ku and Wang pointed out Tseng's protocol can't prevent two simple attacks. They also proposed a new protocol that can prevent those attacks. In this paper, the authors proposed an enhanced protocol that not only can prevent those attacks, but also has better efficiency in computation.
