The main objective of this paper is to identify and discuss possible techniques and tools to implement a natural language interface in a B2C System. It also describes the implementation of one of these techniques, weighs up its performance relative to its domain, and suggests possible additions and alterations to improve these results. This project was done in collaboration with the Research Lab of one of the main Software Houses in Auckland, New Zealand.
