Abstract

With the development of information and telecommunication technology, various discussions for strategic alliance is proceeded by telecommunication operators to accomplish mutually beneficial goals and interests. Especially, the strategic alliance within convergence between fixed and mobile system is one of main issues in the Korean market, which has rapidly advanced telecommunication industry. Strategic alliance for FMC (fixed mobile convergence) can be a good model to extend market share, to protect customer's churning out in each business scope and to form new business foundation in Korean telecommunication market.
