In this paper we present a new version of the Cluster Based Location Routing (CBLR) algorithm and its application on motorways. A microscopic traffic simulation model has been implemented in OPNET to simulate the mobility of vehicles on motorways. An experiment has been realized between two vehicles allowing communication at 80 miles/h. Finally, three scenarios were simulated to evaluate the performance of the CBLR algorithm on motorways.
