This paper presents a communication strategy between IPv6 nodes and proposes a transition alternative from IPv4 to IPv6 having as its goal the solution of the migration problems which are currently present. The proposal allows for 6bone communication between IPv6 hosts through an IPv4 routing infrastructure, involving IPv6 traffic on an IPv4 network and also allows isolated IPv6 domains to communicate with each other completely or a native IPv6 backbone.
