QoS, SLA, policy-based management
This paper presents an analysis about the utilization of SLA to represent and negotiate the QoS information in a Policy-based management environment. To make the negotiation about service requested and service provided different information is needed. We use the SLA concept to describe the parameters of this negotiation. The information represents in the SLA is describe by using the objects defined in [1] [2]. This paper presents our analysis, approach and opens issues.
