Synchronization, time-delay Chua's oscillator, hyperchaos,passivity based observers, secure communication.
In this paper, we use a Generalized Hamiltonian systems approach to synchronize the time-delay Chua's oscillator. Synchronization is thus between the master and the slave dynamics with the slave being given by an observer. This approach can be easily applied to transmit private analog and digital signals in which the quality of the recovered sig nal is higher than in traditional observer techniques while the encoding remains potentially secure.
