Abstract

In this paper, the relationship of gene expression to protein production, leading to a circadian rhythm of the body, is modeled. The equations are then solved by an approximation technique (the perturbation method). This model is now related to its equivalent electrical model, a synchronous oscillator. Further, to find the circadian rhythm of the body, n of these oscillators are connected together
