In this paper a circuit realization is presented for three dimensional (3D) lattice discrete systems/filters. The pro posed structure has minimun mumber of delay elements and multipliers. Based on this circuit realization the corre sponding state space realizationrepresentation is derived. The dimension of the 3D state space vector is minimal and the corresponding transfer function is characterized by the allpass property.
