Agent, Description Logic, Human, Mutual Trust.
Our proposal is to consider the common task delegation between the pair human-agent according to the mutual trust based on the similarity of their opinions. The theoretical model proposed in this paper uses a terminological logic which seems to suit better the human in the loop context by relocating the problems of comparing and measuring the proximity of viewpoints (opinions) into a terminological heuristic classification problem. This approach, not only minimizes the mutual reasoning and the communication between agent and human, but also reduces the inappropriate delegation of tasks. The concrete case being used as validation concerns the e-commerce.
