Agent-mediated negotiation is one of new technology that now plays an increasing role in electronic commerce application. This paper presents the paradigms of negotiation in the Electronic Commerce in order to create a negotiation model for business-to-business market. The proposed model embeds intelligent software agents capable of supporting decision to facilitate negotiation between suppliers and buyers by imitating human's decision making. This intelligent agent will act on behalf of each buyer and seller in order to maximize their advantages. Buyer Agent tries to bargain each of offering value that suppliers propose to buyer by comparing with the highest proposed one, whereas, Seller Agent try to compromise the bargain at his tolerance level.
