Voltage sag; predictive performance; method of fault positions.
: The paper goal is to present the assessment of an estimated fault performance of a 69kVdistribution system as far as voltage sag response is concerned. The voltage sag severity and frequency are determined for different types of faults and system loading conditions. The system performance estimation is based on the fault positions method and the failure rate historical data of the electrical network. Utility personnel and consumers need to know useful power quality indicators of the electric power system in order to guide in a realistic base the investments and the business transactions between the related parts.
