Polynomial Matrix, State Space Representation, Interactor, Non-Square Plants, Invariant Zeros
An interactor matrix plays an important role in the analysis and synthesis of linear control systems. In this paper, a simple derivation of an interactor matrix for non-square plants will be presented. As an application of the interactor, a calculation of invariant zeros will be discussed. A necessary and sufficient condition for invariant zeros from the view point of the interactor matrix.
