cost, quality, trade-offs-free
Trade-offs-free management has received a great deal of attention. It is possible to achieve both lower cost and higher quality at the same time, but some authors have recently tried to show this is always possible. In other words, they have claimed that trade-offs are unnecessary. In this note we shall show their idea of trade-offs-free is not always possible. We shall use an example used by these authors to demonstrate that trade-offs can not be avoided sometimes.
