Value expansion decision model, leisure farm, customer clustering
How to obtain the useful business intelligence (BI) by applying the value analysis into customers had known as an important work for most enterprises in Taiwan, especially for the leisure farming. It can obtain the useful competitive advantages from the necessary value expansion to survival during the competitive tourism environment at Taiwan. Hence, in this study, we will demonstrate a value expansion expert system (CVE-ES) based on the clustering analysis and value analysis to address such issue. Besides, an illustrative example owing to a leisure farm at Taiwan is also taken to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the proposed procedure.
