Binary image processing, data hiding, steganography
In this paper, we proposed a new steganography scheme for hiding a piece of critical information in a host binary image. A secret key and a new form of dynamic weight matrix are introduced. The dynamic weight matrix changes its position at every block of the image to increase the security, as a result the hidden data is highly protected. The proposed scheme increases the amount of hidden data in a host binary image of block size m × n into log2 m × n + 1 + 1 bits by changing at most 2 bits. It also provides a higher security, and hides a higher amount of data than Chen et al scheme (CPT scheme). At the same time, it maintains the same quality level of the stego image as the CPT scheme.
