Abstract

In this research, the authors aimed to implement a system which understands people and is easy for people to use. Such system is called human-centered system. To implement it, the authors used networked robots with considering Humatronics. This paper consists of two systems. First, the authors implement service robot system, which provides information by using user’s personal attribute. “Personal attribute consists of “Preference attributea nd “Body attribute. The system makes networked robots share personal attribute information and provides useful information for user. Second, the authors focus on a method to get user’s preference attribute. The authors provide the method to get user’s preference attribute from user’s buying history and watching TV history by SOM algorithm. Then, the authors implement service robot systems in a store and a room by using the method. In a store and a room, the system gets user’s preference attribute and provides services. Finally, the authors summarized this service robot systems.
