Abstract

This paper proposes a grey theory to evaluate regional power demand in Taiwan. This will result in a useful demand forecast as regional special properties can be extracted. These results will drive recommendations helpful for the planning of transmission line or substation projects. The results of this paper will be compared with the real power record which can be referenced from the power authority.
