This paper studies the problem of robust output feedback control of discrete time-delay systems with parameter uncertainties. The parameter uncertainties under consideration are time varying and norm bounded. A sufficient condition for the existence of a dynamic output-feedback controller is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). It is also shown that the set of dynamic output- feedback controller can be implicitly parameterized by the solutions (X, Y, R, S) to the LMIs. An example is given to demonstrate the potential of the proposed techniques.
