Abstract

On the base of the R-functions theory, an algorithm to obtain equations of arbitrary star-shaped domains boundaries in polar coordinates is proposed. Using these equations, a new scheme for constructing analytical auxiliary contours in the method of discrete sources for solving problems of electromagnetic wave diffraction by complex-shaped objects is considered.
