Abstract

In this paper, starting from the law of the current change during the decline and rise of the suspension of the polishing machine, the movement process of the suspension is reasonably divided. A new control method is proposed. The self-tuning fuzzy PID control is adopted in the method. The suspension motion phase is adjusted through feedback of the current signal to achieve closed-loop control of the system. Through comparative experiments, it is proved that the method can make the speed control of the suspension more accurate and stable. The processing technology of polishing machine using this suspension control system has been signi´Čücantly improved.
