Around 90% of patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD)
experience speech disorders. These can be improved
effectively by speech rehabilitation, which can be divided
into two parts: hospital treatment and home practice.
Home practice is a key factor, but because the quality of
home practice is difficult to determine, its treatment effect
is poor in most PD patients. This study deployed a
platform for assisting the home speech practice of PD
patients aimed at ensuring the quality of home practice.
The proposed model of home rehabilitation is also
